Warwick Early Learning Center Preschool Lottery Form is now available for the 24/25 School Year! We will have full and part time spaces available for next school year. Tuesday, February 13th: Due to the expected snowstorm, Warwick Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, February 13th. Due to the potential for power outages, this will be a no-school snow day and not a Distance Learning (DL) Day. There will also be no after-school or evening activities. Additionally, the School Committee Meeting that was originally scheduled for tomorrow evening has been rescheduled to Thursday 2/15/24.
Registration for our Title I Preschool program is now open! Qualifying students must be 4 years of age on or before September 1st, 2024, and live in one of the following school areas; Oakland Beach, Lippitt, Scott, Hoxsie, or Norwood. Reminder! Operation Thankful is taking place this THURSDAY evening at Hoxsie Elementary - This event is open to everyone. The goal is to create over 100 handmade Holiday Cards for Veterans in need right here in Rhode Island. Each card will accompany a handmade gift. Oakland Beach 5th graders are exploring building with parameters using limited materials, in this case plastic cups and craft sticks.
