
It's the last day of Fall School Spirit Week -- and it's a "Class Color Day" to promote Cancer Awareness, Research, and Treatment! Each class has a designated color to wear to bring awareness and support to a particular illness. (Donations of any amount are welcomed today for the American Cancer Society, too.) It's "Wildcat Wednesday" of Fall School Spirit Week!! Be sure to show off your favorite blue and yellow clothes or wildcat gear as we express our Warwick Neck pride!!

It's "Team Tuesday" of Fall School Spirit Week! Wear your favorite local, national, or pro-sports team shirts, clothing, or colors to Warwick Neck School today! Prizes awarded for the most spirited class!!

Bus #3 and #32 are combined today and will be delayed as a result. We appreciate your patience as the bus arrives to stops safely. Also, tomorrow is Team Tuesday of Fall School Spirit Week! Students, faculty, and staff are invited to wear their favorite local, national or pro-sports team gear!

It's Fall School Spirit Week at Warwick Neck -- Starting with wearing mix-matched or crazy socks to school today! (Plus, if you have a donation of new, un-used socks to give to those less fortunate with our "Sock-tober" Drive, we'd welcome those through next Friday!) Also, it's "Make a Difference" Monday, so if you have a Feinstein t-shirt, you're encouraged to wear that today along with your crazy socks to promote good deeds!

Friday, 10/14 is Picture Day at Warwick Neck! Lifetouch School Studios will be in to take photos of all students. Picture package information went home in backpacks last week. (You can also order packages online at mylifetouch.com -- you'll need our picture day ID: EVTKZDGT8)

"Coffee with the Principal" for parents/guardians in the student drop-off area/recess yard tomorrow, Weds., 10/12 from 8:45-9:05 AM. Chat with Mr. Galligan and other adults - while enjoying or grabbing Dunkin' coffee and treats to start your day!

Harvest Fest at Warwick Neck School is back!! Tonight, 10/7 -- 5-7 PM in back of the school, off Rocky Point Ave. Great food trucks (cash only), face painting, balloon animals, competitions, fall activities -- and more! Tickets are required for most events: $1 each or 12 tickets for $10 and 25 tickets for $20. All proceeds benefit future events at WNS. (Safety note: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times -- and parents/guardians in attendance are responsible for their children's actions. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe.)

No School - Weds., Oct. 5th - in observance of Yom Kippur. Classes resume on Thursday, Oct. 6th.
